Princess Street House

Brisbane, QLD

With just 145m2 of internal space, this petite 1890’s cottage is on its way to bigger things through a thoughtful, staged renovation that speaks to the home’s historic appeal and features.

Site size, heritage constraints, and overland water flow all began as limitations, as did the need to create a sense of openness while also keeping the house secure. While initially challenges, these considerations ended up contributing to what will make the cottage so special.
